PhD Students Registration – $100.00 + $5 service fee

Refunds:

Cancellation on or before January 15, 2022 – Refund 85% of registration fee paid by credit card.
Cancellation on or after January 15, 2022 – No refund due to cancellation
No refunds are available for direct transfer registration payment.
