Day tickets are available at the conference desk during the conference. They will be £80 (full fee)/£35 for PhD students. If you would like to attend for one day only, it would be helpful if you could let me know in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is included in the conference fee?
The fee includes:
– lunch on all three days of the conference
– coffee breaks on all three days of the conference
– a wine reception on the first evening of the conference
Please indicate any dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, halal etc.) on the registration form!
The conference dinner will be in the form of a barbeque, catered by our on-campus hotel, Wivenhoe House, on the evening of 6.7.2016. There will be vegetarian options. If you have any further dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, halal etc.) please indicate this on the registration form.

Budget accommodation is available in the on-campus student residences. Please indicate for how many nights you would like accommodation. Accommodation is bed & breakfast. There is the possibility of also booking a two-course meal for some or all of the nights for which you are booking a room. This will come in the form of a voucher, to be redeemed at most of the various food outlets on campus. (Note: if you are booking the conference dinner, don’t forget NOT to book an additional dinner for the evening of 6.7.!)
