Regular Registration – register by March 4, 2022 – $ 275.00 + $5 service fee

PhD Students Registration – $100.00 + $5 service fee

Refunds:

• Cancellation on or before January 15, 2022 – Refund 85% of registration fee paid by credit card.
• Cancellation on or after January 15, 2022 – No refund due to cancellation
• No refunds are available for direct transfer registration payment.
